MSTI awarded as a PRIME for HRsolutions Studies & Analysis

Effective December  2009, MSTI was awarded an indefinite-deliver indefinite quantity (IDIQ) 
contract W91WAW-10-D-0010 by the HRsolutions Program Office, worth up to $1.3 billion. 
The contract has a 1-year base period and 4 one-year options (2010-2014).  The task 
categories include business planning, research and evaluations.
