These synopses provide specific HRSOLUTIONS contract management-level 
reports on active task orders (TO) in accordance with the task order performance 
parameters to monitor progress in accordance with the schedule, deliverables, and task 
order budget.

What is the  MONTHLY CONTRACTOR SUMMARY REPORT?
These reports are monthly synopses of HRSOLUTIONS contract activity. The reports 
provide information that cover four primary areas: Performance Objectives and Measures, 
Financial Summary, Quality Assurance, and Business Areas.

What is the SITE MANAGEMENT MANUAL?
When required by HR SOLUTIONS contract task order, this document contains the 
administrative and operational methods, details the specific work to be performed in 
work instructions, provides the Quality Assurance Plan, and outlines the policies 
pertaining to this specific task order and site.

What is the QUARTERLY IN-PROGRESS PROGRAM REVIEW?
Every quarter, Team MSTI will critique the HRSOLUTIONS contract and active task orders to
determine that the proper management and corporate oversight has been applied to ensure
customer satisfaction.

What is the CONTRACTOR SUMMARY REPORT?
These reports are normally quarterly, semi-annual or annual synopses of contract activity
summarized from the monthly reports. The reports will be provides as desired by the
HRSOLUTIONS customer(s) and contain information covering four primary areas: Performance
Objectives and Measures; Financial Summary; Quality Assurance; and Business Areas.

What is the QUARTERLY PROGRAM REVIEW?
As part of continuing communication on HRSOLUTIONS contract task orders, MSTI will 
provide at the convenience of the HRSOLUTIONS customer(s) a quarterly synopsis of the 
active and completed task order activity to specific customer(s) and the Army's 
HRSOLUTIONS Program Management Office (PMO).

How do Team mates view TASK ORDER(s) status?
Using COMPASS Web Portal, all levels of HRSS Team mate management can view the active 
and completed task orders assigned to the MSTI Team using the task order number, 
locations, title, and customer.

Who can ACCESS  the TOOL KIT?
Team members with current Subcontract Agreements on file with MSTI.

How are ACCESS LEVELS determined?
COMPASS access levels are managed through roles and permission which are controlled 
by the MSTI COMPASS Administrator. Team mates are granted access levels based on a need 
to know basis. Information will be available on the COMPASS Web Portal on the current 
status of all tasks orders assigned to the MSTI Team. HRSS customer(s) and the 
HRSOLUTIONS Program Management Office (PMO) can access this information.

What is the FACILITY LOCATOR?
Using the COMPASS Web Portal search function, an authorized user can locate a given
installation relative to its specific region. Once an installation list is generated, 
the user can check an assortment of information, including but not limited to a given 
installations URL, newspapers (on and off base) contact information,VSO 
locations/contacts, and Army Career and Alumni Programs (ACAPs) nearby.
