Management Support Technology, Inc. (MSTI) is a PRIME vendor for HRsolutions Studies & 
Analysis contract vehicle.  A leader in information technology-based support services for 
solving customer problems.  Our HRsolutions Team is comprised of 15 companies, our goal 
is to provide the Program office with dedicated support on all programs related to business 
planning, research and evaluation.  We provide support to the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force 
& Coast Guard, defense and civilian agencies. A professional services company, MSTI's 
mission is to increase our clients' productivity through effective and efficient professional 
technical and administrative support services.

HR COMPASS is the Administrative Support Service for the HRSOLUTIONS contract. 
HRSOLUTIONS is a provider of human resource (HR) services to the U.S. Army and other 
Government agencies.  HRSOLUTIONS is a brand name and product of the HRXXI Program 
Office.  The program was recently assigned the PEO EIS.
